We work with your Program and Contract Managers to characterize needs into three fixed-price categories based on service delivery, complexity, time, and risk. Next, we establish a Master Services Agreement or Basic Ordering Agreement. Additionally, we can develop a pre-negotiated flexible labor rate schedule for services that you would prefer to order in blocks of time. Once on contract, we setup compliant, efficient ways to plan, source and propose solutions - knowledge to need.
